passport to the sun

For this month’s theme of repetition, I really wanted to take a simple element and incorporate it into a variety of different compositions. I decided on a little yellow dot. I also wanted to make a point of not relying on my computer this time around, so everything in this project is handmade. When I showed my boyfriend Brian the book I had made, he told me it looked like a Passport to the Sun, which I thought was just fabulous. So here it is, your Passport to the Sun! Enjoy the ride.
